The purpose of this website is to educate individuals that have allergy symptoms. Direct Allergy is a medical service organization that provides Primary Care Physicians (PCP) with an on-site allergy program under the physician’s direction. Direct Allergy’s allergy programs assists the doctor in providing customized Immunotherapy treatments for individuals with allergies. The customized treatments are formulated to treat allergies.
Process
The allergy nurse conducts pre-assessment evaluations through a questionnaire with individuals. The severity and allergy symptoms are evaluated by the physician to determine if an individual is a candidate for allergy testing and treatment. If an individual is determined to be a candidate for allergy treatment, then a skin test is utilized to properly identify the allergenic response, if ordered by your physician. Once a skin test is complete and shows that treatment is necessary, then a customized Immunotherapy treatment and plan will be developed for the individual.
